Free Health Insurance, a Reality in the United States

Free Health Insurance, a Reality in the United States. It is no secret that the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP), signed last March, has made health insurance more affordable under the Obamacare system.

The ARP even allows individuals whose household incomes exceed 400% of the poverty level in Florida to access federal government subsidies. Additionally, it capped health plan premium payments at a maximum of 8.5% of annual income.

With the new conditions that came into effect on April 1st, individuals with incomes between 100% and 150% of the Florida poverty level may be eligible for coverage with zero-dollar monthly premiums. In other words, a married couple with two children and annual incomes between $26,200 and $39,300 would be entitled to medical plans without paying a single dollar in premiums.

The ARP has ensured that four out of five people who enroll in Obamacare can find plans for which they pay premiums of $10 or less. Additionally, 50% of enrollees may have a silver plan for $10 or less per month.

Due to the significant benefits of the American Rescue Plan Act, if you enrolled towards the end of last year during the regular Obamacare enrollment period, you should call Univista Insurance and request a plan change. You might be paying more than necessary without realizing it. Don’t waste time, as you have until August 15th to request a plan change. Free health insurance, a reality in the United States.
